Josh graduated from Cortiva Institute’s 1,000-hour program in 2015 and has been a part of the Rody family ever since. He specializes in injury treatment that limits the range of motion and strength. He believes each person has their own therapy that works best for them and uses his knowledge of the human body to help educate and accommodate everyone’s needs. His therapy focuses on facilitating healing in the body by using various methods of deep tissue and Swedish massage to break up adhesions and increase circulation in focused areas. Josh also practices trigger point therapy, stretches, and traction which allows him to focus the massage on the areas of concern to maximize the effectiveness in those areas during the massage.

Josh is a great advocate in homework, such as ice, heat, stretching and light exercises to better the condition after the massage treatments.

Josh is contracted with most major insurances, can see any patient on a claim and any Time of Service (non-insurance) patients.
